I was always told that you should not mix friends and business. This could not be further from the truth. Over the two years we worked together I came to love him as a friend seeing his attention to detail and his no nonsense approach is something that I admire. My husband called about the property after seeing the “For Sale” sign on the property. Adam was very helpful as he answered all of my husband’s questions. We made an offer and once again, Adam was very helpful and quick to respond to our offer. Then, my husband and I made a second offer (the asking price) and we were told the offer was accepted. We were, needless to say, very thrilled about the property that joined our current farm. Then Adam let us know what we needed to do to acquire the necessary paperwork to become owners of the land. He basically did everything. He kept us informed on what steps were being done in the process from contacting the previous owner, the title search and the closing. The process was very well planned and very well executed. We were in quarantine at the time of the original closing, so arrangements were made for us to close electronically. Adam offered to pick up the check for us and took it to the closing. We were emailed all documents to sign and Adam also picked them up to take to the closing. Then he brought a final copy to us after all parties had signed. He came beating gifts to us twice. He answered all emails and texts in a very timely manner. We find Adam to be a very trustworthy agent and would definitely seek his help again if the need arose. For us, the process of purchasing the lot at 3099 Gotts Hydro Road in Oakland, Kentucky was probably the best experience we have ever had in that it was simple for us, easily understood and we didn’t even have to leave our home to acquire the land. This was only possible because of the trust we had in Adam Brooks. We feel so fortunate to have bought the lot and just as fortunate to have worked with Adam!

House sold in under 4 days of listing it. We aligned on the value of the house and Emily guided me through negotiating to the selling price which I was aiming for. We nailed it.
